What Our Clients Are Saying:
“Anaergia contracted W.M. Lyles Co. (Lyles) to do the design build of our Rialto Bioenergy Facility, the largest landfill-diverted organic waste anaerobic digestion facility in North America. Lyles offered the unique ability to provide design and value-engineering ideas during the project development phase, as well as work on a progressive design project, where full designs are being created while work proceeds. Lyles was great to work with when design changes needed to be made, always remaining flexible and responsive. They also were able to add staff or perform work on a flexible schedule to help us keep the project moving. Finally, their quality of work is second-to-none and it shows in the finished project.”
“The Silver Lake Reservoir Project represents the first CMAR delivery for the LADWP. The WML team was able to meet a tight schedule driven by regulatory requirements and deliver Phase I by the required deadline due their experience in alternate delivery and overall expertise. They have worked closely with my team and have met the challenges of the project with competence and professionalism. I am pleased to have them working with us on Phase II of this critical project.”
“The WML and K/J team has designed and built a very effective plant that has met or exceeded our expectations on quality, time, and cost. Additionally, throughout the design-build process, WML and K/J have been mindful of how their design would impact the long term operation of our facility.”
“Lyles has provided HDWD excellent communication regarding cost estimates and design and construction schedules. The information has been very timely and has allowed the District to make informed decisions.”
“The City of Stockton $190M Progressive Design-Build 55 MGD Regional Waste Control Facility Modifications Project experienced significant budget challenges during Phase 1-Design and Pre-Construction Services. The AECOM-Lyles team has shown an exceptional degree of collaboration and innovation partnering with the City of Stockton to overcome these challenges even altering the lump sum contractual approach to a GMP with contingency sharing to achieve a mutually acceptable budget and schedule path to advance the project, experiencing meaningful cooperative dialogue between the Owner and Design-Builder, and exhibiting a “project first” mentality.”
“Since working with W. M. Lyles Co., the City of Fresno has appreciated the collaborative, client-first culture they bring to every project. Applying these principals, Lyles successfully delivered the T-3 Water Storage and Treatment Facility with the skillful innovation and seamless collaboration we have come to expect from the Lyles team.”
