“The Silver Lake Reservoir Project represents the first CMAR delivery for the LADWP. Thanks to Mr. Bautista’s experience in alternative delivery and overall expertise, the project was able to meet a tight schedule driven by regulatory requirements and deliver Phase I by the required deadline. He worked collaboratively LADWP Operations and Construction Management staff and met the challenges of the project with competence and professionalism.
